Job Summary: The Assistant Behavioral Health Director is a full-time role and will provide outpatient mental/ behavioral health psychotherapy to patients of the Health Center, supporting the department by providing clinical supervision and oversite, as well as assisting with the workflows and administrative needs of the behavioral health department. The Assistant Behavioral Health Director will hold the credential of Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) and serve as part of the behavioral health leadership team.
Education and Experience: · Active, unrestricted Massachusetts license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) · 3 to 5 years of relevant experience · Excellent computer skills |
